Vintage 1984 9ct Gold Opal & Diamond Seven Stone Ring

A captivating vintage opal and diamond ring, beautifully crafted in 9ct gold and hallmarked in London in 1984.

Featuring three luminous oval opals arranged in a classic graduated design, this beautiful ring is accented by four sparkling diamonds nestled between the stones.

The opals are slightly translucent, with a mesmerising play of colour revealing flashes of electric blue, vivid green and soft turquoise against delicate pastel tones of pink and lavender. Their colours shift beautifully with the light, making this a particularly enchanting piece.

The ornate gold setting is equally appealing, with intricate scrolling and decorative openwork along the gallery lending the ring a distinctly Victorian-inspired elegance.

Dating to 1984, this is a wonderful example of vintage jewellery that draws inspiration from the romantic designs of an earlier era.
