Hello, I'm Charlotte – the founder of Once Loved by Lottie.

I've always believed that jewellery should tell a story.

Long before I started this business, I was the person who could never walk past an antique shop, auction catalogue or jeweller's window without stopping to admire the pieces inside. I love the craftsmanship, the history and the individuality that older jewellery offers – qualities that can be difficult to find in today's mass-produced world.

By profession, I'm a Chartered Financial Planner, which might seem an unusual route into jewellery. In reality, it has shaped the way I buy and curate every piece you see here. I value quality, authenticity and sensible pricing, and I take great care in selecting jewellery that offers genuine beauty and lasting value.

Every item at Once Loved by Lottie is personally sourced by me from trusted auction houses, estate collections and specialist dealers across the UK. I don't buy in bulk and I don't follow trends. If a piece joins the collection, it's because I genuinely love it and would happily wear it myself.

My focus is on fine pre-loved jewellery: vintage treasures, estate pieces, beautiful gemstones, old-cut diamonds and sought-after designer jewellery. Many pieces are one of a kind, and once they're gone, they're gone.

Before any item is offered for sale, it is carefully inspected, professionally cleaned and, where appropriate, restored by trusted jewellers. I work hard to ensure every piece arrives ready to be loved again.

That's why I offer free UK tracked delivery, a 14-day returns period and a 90-day warranty for added peace of mind.
