At Once Loved by Lottie, we take great care to ensure every item is securely packaged and safely delivered.

UK Delivery

We offer free Royal Mail Special Delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase.

All jewellery is carefully packaged and fully insured during transit, and a signature required on delivery.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

International Delivery

We are happy to ship internationally where possible.

International shipping costs vary depending on the destination, value of the item and insurance requirements. Please contact us before purchasing for a personalised shipping quote. You would be charged the cost of shipping less what it would cost to ship to the UK.

Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as postal delays or adverse weather.

There will likely be a delay to dispatch where the ring resizing service is being used.

Lost or Damaged Parcels 

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier and resolve the issue.
