The Fine Print (Terms & Conditions)
At Once Loved by Lottie, I want you to shop with complete confidence. Please read the following terms carefully — they apply to all purchases made through my store.
90-Day Warranty
All items sold by Once Loved by Lottie come with a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery. This covers defects in workmanship or materials or faults that were not disclosed at the time of sale.
The warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Accidental damage caused after delivery
- Loss or theft
- Damage caused by improper care (e.g. stones forcibly removed), cleaning, or storage.
If a fault is found to be due to manufacturing, I will repair or replace the item at no extra cost.
To make a warranty claim, please contact me at charlotte@oncelovedbylottie.co.uk within the 90-day period with your order number and a description of the issue. I reserve the right to assess each claim individually.
14-Day Returns
I accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging where applicable.
To initiate a return, please contact me at charlotte@oncelovedbylottie.co.uk before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Please note:
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or not as described
- I strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service — I cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item
- Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for a refund
Condition of Items
All items sold by Once Loved by Lottie are pre-loved unless otherwise stated. Each piece is professionally cleaned and quality checked before dispatch. Condition is described honestly in every listing, and minor signs of age or use consistent with a genuine pre-owned piece may be present.
I encourage you to read each product description carefully and contact me with any questions before purchasing.
Sizing & Alterations
Where ring sizing or other alterations are offered, these are carried out by trusted professionals. Resizing and alteration services are non-refundable once work has commenced. Please confirm your size carefully before requesting any alterations.
Authenticity
Once Loved by Lottie takes authenticity seriously. All designer and branded pieces are verified to the best of my ability before listing. If a piece has no hallmarks or stamps to confirm metal purity, it has been tested. Where original certificates, hallmarks, or documentation are available, these are noted in the listing.
